There’s a new issue of the Gotham Times out, in run up to the release of THE DARK KNIGHT next month. The two large headlines on the front page “Batman, Savior or Menace?” and “Landslide Win for Harvey Dent.” It’s great marketing and really helps to flesh out Gotham and posit the Batman saga within a real world context. Read the Batman article. Also, check out the photo they use of Batman, perched on the building’s ledge. That’s the Batman I love to see—somber, contemplative, high atop the city, enveloped in his expansive cape. It’s iconic. Could this film-s build-up be any bigger?
