Is there any other scene quite as
memorable as THE one from DELIVERANCE. You know, THAT scene. The one
where Bill McKinney and Herbert ‘Cowboy’ Coward make Ned Beatty squeal like a
pig. Inspired by his father who worked in a western style theme park, Dean
Teaster conceived a story that would ultimately bring these two actors
together once again as the villains in an upcoming flick known as GHOST TOWN.
Conceived by Perry as a tribute, and
filmed inside the once closed (but soon to be re-opened) Western amusement park
Ghost Town in
the Sky, the film is sounding pretty awesome and the one-sheet seen
above that we have been sent is looking awesome!
In GHOST TOWN,
Appalachian folklore and legend tells the story of a man
in 1856, who came out of the mountain wilderness of Cold Springs, North Carolina
to avenge his fathers death. In his wake he left a Ghost Town. Today, twenty
years later he returns to avenge his daughters honor.
The flick has a slew of recognizable
actors, from both the horror and western genre’s, including the ever hot Renee
O’Connor (seen below). And once the park is re-opened there will even be a
screening of the film within as a promotional step for the film’s distribution.
So peep the poster above and if

filmed, and created inspiration for, click
