Get a behind-the-scenes look at REC 4: Apocalypse

Currently well into production is Jaume Balagueró's REC 4: APOCALYPSE, and we now have the first behind-the-scenes video with the star of the franchise, Manuela Velasco, as she teases the horrifying things to come in the fourth installment. APOCALYPSE is said to be the last and final chapter of the franchise so hopefully this one goes out with a bang.

Right now the flick is expected to open in Spain on October 10th, 2014. No word on release dates in other territories so we'll hit you folks with them once we get the word! Take a trip behind-the-scenes of REC 4: APOCALYPSE below!

Angela Vidal (Manueala Velasco), the young television reporter who first entered the building with the firemen, manages to make it out alive. But what the soldiers don't know is that she carries the seed of the strange infection. She is to be taken to a provisional quarantine facility, a high-security installation where she will have to stay in isolation for several days. An old oil tanker, miles off shore and surrounded by water on all sides, has been especially equipped for the quarantine.
