Xavier Gens, director behind the HITMAN adaption and the super graphic FRONTIERES, is gearing up to do his next flick.
According to Moviehole.net, Xavier Gens next project is called VANIKORO. Production is about to start – designers are at work, casting is about to begin – on the movie”, an insider tells us. “It’s a film about a group of shipwrecked guys on an island full of cannibals. It’s totally over-the-top, but likely to be a lot of fun”.
Cannibals!!! Totally sold. Who doesn’t love an island full of cannibals. Considering that FRONTIERES was pulled from After Dark’s 8 FILMS TO DIE FOR because they couldn’t get it to an R rating before the release date, and HITMAN being rediculously violent, I can only imagine what VANIKORO has in store for us.
