Funny Games poster

There’s nothing funny about the games played in FUNNY GAMES, but I guess that’s the point. As you all know by now, GAMES is a remake by director Michael Haneke of his own 1997 Austrian film of the same name. The promotional material for this film has been pitch perfect so far, with the trailers and posters conveying the point that this is not your typical Hollywood release, and has more in common with its European origin than any typical thriller. This latest poster continues that trend, and features the two main sickos who torture a family just for the fun of it. That’s Michael Pitt (LAST DAYS) on the left, and Brady Corbet (24) on the right, who look like very depressed twins. The film shall begin on April 4th.
