Found footage trailer for Safari will hunt you

With so many films taking the route of found footage these days it's not easy to find something that stands out from the pack. SAFARI, from director Darrell Roodt, aims to bring something fresh to the genre as it takes us into the heart of the South African wilderness. While the trailer is a lot of the same stuff we've seen before with its shaky cam and screaming in the dark, I do like the realistic element to it — no one wants to become a lion's happy meal! Watch the trailer below and please do not feed the animals!

SAFARI centers on a band of American tourists, stranded and hunted in the heart of the South African wilderness. Their struggle to survive the elements and the vicious predators lurking the African plain is documented by the video cameras meant to record their vacation.
