The second season of SCREAM screenwriter Kevin Williamson's fairy tale-inspired thriller series Tell Me a Story will be coming to CBS All Access later this year. While the first season drew elements from The Three Little Pigs, Red Riding Hood, and Hansel and Gretel, the new season will be blending together the stories of Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella.

A couple weeks ago, we learned that season 1 cast member Paul Wesley will be back to play a new character in season 2, Tucker, "a struggling novelist who spends his sleepless nights toiling away in a secluded cabin in the woods and his days trying to prove he's good enough for his beautiful fiancee as a dark secret threatens to destroy his world."

Now five more actors have joined Wesley in the season 2 cast, and the casting announcements have revealed details on the character they'll be playing.

Matt Lauria (Friday Night Lights, Parenthood, Kingdom) has been cast as Jackson, "the black sheep of a family who is torn between his demons and the desire to be a better man. He meets his match in a mysterious woman who pulls him into a sinister web of deceit and murder."

Eka Darville of Jessica Jones will be playing the "stoic and honorable" Beau, "whose adherence to a moral code has recently blown up both his personal and professional life. As he struggles to navigate his new reality, he’ll discover that the line between what’s right and what’s necessary, between duty and desire, is never easy to navigate."

Ashley Madekwe, whose credits include Revenge and Salem, is set to play the Cinderella-esque Simone, "who, upon returning home after her father’s untimely death, is forced to come face-to-face with the life she purposefully left behind. Driven by regret and anger, Simone will put her own life in danger to uncover her family’s dark secrets."

Odette Annable of CLOVERFIELD, THE UNBORN, and Supergirl will be playing a character named Maddie in the Sleeping Beauty storyline. She is "a quintessential middle child, the peace keeping overachiever who tries to maintain calm and control while her loved ones spiral. But after taking care of a broken family for so many years, Maddie may not be willing to do the same for the man she loves."

The character who will be played by Natalie Alyn Lind (pictured above) of Gotham, The Goldbergs, and The Gifted is part of the Beauty and the Beast story. Her name is Ashley, and she's "a rising country music singer who survives a brutal attack only to find that her nightmare isn’t over. Once hungry for the spotlight, Ashley now hides herself in the shadows of her home avoiding anyone who gets too close."

Tell Me a Story follows in the footsteps of the Spanish TV series Cuéntame un cuento and the Mexican series Érase Una Vez. The show is executive produced by Williamson, Liz Friedlander, Aaron Kaplan, and Dana Honor.
