First official image from Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant

As most of you know, yesterday was ALIEN Day, and to mark the occasion FOX has released the first official image from Ridley Scott's ALIEN: COVENANT. Yes, it's just a photo of the badge the Covenant crew will be wearing in the PROMETHEUS sequel, but I'll take it!

Synopsis:

Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the "synthetic" David, survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.

Production on the film kicked of earlier this month in New Zealand, with a cast that includes Michael Fassbender (reprising his PROMETHEUS role), Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Amy Seimetz, Demian Bichir. How excited are you for the second installment in the ALIEN prequel series?

ALIEN: COVENANT is due out on August 4, 2017.
