First look at Lou Taylor Pucci in Resolution directors’ Spring

Earlier this month we shared the news that Lou Taylor Pucci, who starred as Eric in this years EVIL DEAD remake, had signed on to star in the sci-fi horror film SPRING for Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, who brought us last years RESOLUTION (which I plan on checking out on Netflix this weekend…been hearing some really positive things about that one).

Filming has begun on SPRING and we've already got our first look at Pucci and his co-star Nadia Hilker below.

As we previously reported, XYZ Films has picked up all worldwide sales rights and had set up shop to sell SPRING at the American Film Market earlier this month.

Benson, Moorhead and David Lawson with 9.99 Films are producing the film in Italy. XYZ Films partners Nate Bolotin, Nick Spicer, Aram Tertzakian and Todd Brown are exec producing. Shooting will conclude in Los Angeles in January.

SPRING follows young man in a personal tailspin as he flees Southern California to the Italian coast, where he sparks up a romance with a woman carrying a dark secret.
