The new comedy LAST VEGAS, starring Michael Douglas, Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, and Kevin Kline began filming in Sin City this past weekend under the helm of director John Turteltaub (NATIONAL TREASURE). The script for the geriatric HANGOVER is by Dan Fogelman (CRAZY, STUPID, LOVE) and co-stars Mary Steenburgen and Jerry Ferrera (Entourage). The pic will film primarily in Las Vegas, but detour to Atlanta as well.

Here’s the synopsis:
The ensemble comedy follows four old friends who decide to throw a Las Vegas bachelor party for the only one of them who has remained single.
I suspect this will have hefty amounts of old man comedy and dramatic moments meshed together given the crew they’ve assembled for this. It’s kind of a perfect set up for a high concept comedy and I’m very curious to see if they play it more for laughs or old-man bromance.
LAST VEGAS is slated to bring the Christmas cheer on December 20, 2013.
