You may remember Mark Steven Johnson as the director of DAREDEVIL and GHOST RIDER, and although he's certainly directed films since then, I'll be damned if I could remember them without looking it up (WHEN IN ROME and KILLING SEASON for those interested). Johnson is now back with FINDING STEVE MCQUEEN, a heist comedy/thriller which was inspired by one of the greatest bank robberies in U.S. history. Momentum Pictures have released the trailer for the upcoming film, which stars Travis Fimmel (Viking) as Harry James Barber, who, along with a unlikely gang of thieves, attempts to steal $30 million in illegal campaign contributions from President Richard Nixon’s secret fund. Unfortunately, the plan quickly goes sideways and leads to the biggest manhunt in FBI history.
Along with Travis Fimmel, FINDING STEVE MCQUEEN also stars Rachael Taylor (Jessica Jones) Forest Whitaker (BLACK PANTHER), William Fichtner (THE DARK KNIGHT), Lily Rabe (American Horror Story), John Finn (The X-Files), and Rhys Coiro (The Walking Dead).
FINDING STEVE MCQUEEN will hit select theaters on March 15, 2019.
