This should go without saying, but: SPOILERS.
And you thought there’d be no surprises in store for John McClane’s fifth adventure.
Filming in Hungary even as we speak, A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD finds John McClane heading on over to Russia to bail his son Jack (played by Jai Courtney) out of jail only to discover that there’s a good deal more to his son’s situation than that which meets the eye. Crazy action shit ensues, though hopefully not so crazy as to have McClane going head to head against a f***ing plane.
The thing is, it turns out that Jack isn’t going to be the only family member floating around A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD – an extra on the movie wrote up this little tidbit in his blog just yesterday: “I got to work with Bruce Willis again, which is always nice. The best, though, was that I got to work with Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who plays Willis’ daughter.” He intimated nothing about how or why her character is in the movie, though a conclusion or two may be drawn from how 1) the extra in question was playing a CIA agent in the scene and 2) the scene takes place near the end of the movie.
So what do you think about her return, and how do you think she might be involved?
