Fear of Rain teaser: Katherine Heigl leads psychological horror-thriller

Lionsgate has unveiled a new, creepy trailer for their upcoming psychological horror-thriller Fear of Rain, which you can check out at the top of the article! Below is the official synopsis:

For teenager Rain Burroughs (Madison Iseman), a diagnosis with schizophrenia means that every day is a struggle as she tries to figure out which of the disturbing images, harrowing voices, andtraumatic feelings she experiences are real and which are all in her mind. But when Rain insists against her parents’ (Katherine Heigl and Harry Connick, Jr.) advice that the shadows and cries from her neighbor’s attic are hiding a dark secret, she enlists help from Caleb (Israel Broussard), the charmingly awkward new boy at school – who himself may not be real.

This looks somewhat promising. I'm always a sucker for characters dealing with "what's real/what's not" in films – even bad ones – so I'll probably give this a chance at some point.

Either way, Fear of Rain – directed by Castille Landon and starring Katherine Heigl, Madison Iseman, Israel Broussard, and Eugenie Bondurant – will be available On Demand and limited theatrical release February 12, 2021; and Blu-ray and DVD on February 16, 2021!

So what do you guys think? Sound off below!
