Fast & Furious 10 filming location revealed by Vin Diesel

Fast & Furious 10, Vin Diesel, London

Production plans for the first of two Fast & Furious sequels are revving up, and now one of the sequel’s filming locations has been revealed. Fast & Furious patriarch Vin Diesel took to Instagram yesterday to unveil a shooting location for the next film in the franchise. As you might have guessed from the image posted above, part of the filming for Fast & Furious 10 involves a return to merry old England. Or, to be more precise, London.

“Fast is back in London, amongst many new locations around the world for the Finale of Fast… Hope to make you proud… All love, Always,” Diesel wrote. Franchise star Ludacris commented on the post with “???.”

The final two films in the core Fast & Furious franchise will film back-to-back and include several familiar members of the Fast family, including Diesel, Nathalie Emmanuel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, and Ludacris. Jason Momoa is also joining the cast, possibly in a villainous role. Also expected to return is Charlize Theron as the villain Cipher.

Last year, Diesel asked Dwayne Johnson to come back to the franchise via a post on social media. Johnson played Lucas “Luke” Hobbs in Fast FiveFast & Furious 6Furious 7The Fate of the Furious, and the Fast spinoff film Hobbs & Shaw. Johnson responded to Diesel’s request by saying there’s “no chance” he’ll be returning to the franchise. While his response came as a shock to many, and disappointed fans who’d been hoping for his return, Johnson called Diesel “manipulative” and dismissed his gesture to make Hobbs a part of the Fast finale.

Is London ready to let the Fast family tear through its cramped streets? What iconic London locations do you think will be featured in the new film? Will Momoa speak with a British accent? I have so many questions and can’t wait to learn more. The Fast & Furious franchise has been a blast to follow throughout the years, and I can’t wait to see how it all comes to an exciting conclusion.
