Exclusive: Johnny Galecki cuddles a creepy/cute creature in The Cleanse clip

When most people are looking for a change in their lives they move to a new location, get a new job, pick a new hobby or maybe change their style. What they don’t do is go to a retreat where they eventually expel all their negative emotions into the forms of creepy/adorable pig babies. That is, unless you’re one of the folks in the movie THE CLEANSE. We here at JoBlo have an exclusive clip for you from the movie starring Johnny Galecki and Anna Friel as they have their little goo-balls meet for the first time. It is equal parts adorable and unsettling, so that makes it a must watch.

Paul is facing social angst until he is presented with joining a getaway that will change his life. He along with three other people looking to change are tasked with letting out their demons by the getaway's mysterious director who instructs them to drink four strange concoctions. Afterwards, they realize that the director is literal in releasing their demons.

The movie from Bobby Miller was screened for the first time at SXSW back in 2016, and will finally be available to watch on VOD on May 4. The movie earned solid marks and was touted as a creepy-yet-soulful gem that will be sure to please fans of all manner of obscure, unconventional filmmaking. But, if the weird goo babies aren’t selling it for you, then I don’t know what can.
