"It all ends here."
That's the tagline for TAKEN 3, the latest – and allegedly final – installment in the surprisingly popular action-revenge series starring now 62-year-old Liam Neeson as former CIA operative Bryan Mills, a man who just can't seem to catch a break. This sequel sees him seeking out the men who killed his ex-wife (Famke Janssen) while being pursued by a dogged federal agent (Forest Whitaker) who possesses some of the same unique skills Bryan does. Indeed, the film has a sense of finality to it – and noticeably avoids anyone being "taken" – so perhaps this really is the last bout of action for Bryan.
Naturally, I had to confirm if that is indeed the plan. While speaking with Neeson and Whitaker, both tremendously friendly and polite gentlemen, I asked if there's the slightest chance for a TAKEN 4. Additionally, we discuss filming the action scenes, Forest's introduction to the TAKEN family and Liam's association with "Key and Peele". (So happy with his response.)
