Exclusive clip goes behind the scenes of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, the latest entry in the JURASSIC PARK franchise, is now available on Digital and is set to be released on Blu-ray September 18th (if you'd like to pre-order a copy, you can do so HERE). In anticipation of the Blu-ray release, we're proud to share an EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes featurette that gives a look at how a harrowing sequence involving lava flow and a dinosaur (a Baryonyx) was brought to life.

Directed by THE ORPHANAGE's J.A. Bayona from a screenplay by JURASSIC WORLD's Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, FALLEN KINGDOM has the following synopsis: 

It’s been three years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment.  Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles.
 
When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event.  Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.

The film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Justice Smith, Ted Levine, Geraldine Chaplin, Brooke Norbury, B.D. Wong, and Jeff Goldblum.

I enjoyed FALLEN KINGDOM and like the direction it takes the franchise in, so I will be picking up a copy of that Blu-ray myself.
