In the upcoming sequel THE HUNGER GAMES: CATHING FIRE, audiences will be seeing quite a few familiar faces in this continuation of THE HUNGER GAMES franchise. This includes of course Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne and Woody Harrelson as Haymitch Abernathy. With the two actors returning to Panam, we get a chance to see both of their characters expanded upon from the original film.
While interviewing both of these fine gentlemen we talked about Harrelson taking his character further with more at stake this time around. I don’t know about you, but the more I see from Mr. Harrelson, the bigger the fan I become – and he is also a super nice guy. As for Hemsworth – who was also quite nice – he chatted about finding that bond with his crazily talented co-star, Jennifer Lawrence. And as serious as things get in this first sequel, the two spoke about having a really great time and relieving some of the dramatic tension. THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE opens this Friday at a theatre near you.
