Evil renewed for season 4 at Paramount+

Another season of Evil is being scared up at Paramount+, and it has been announced that the Michelle and Robert King series has been renewed for a season 4 by the streamer, per Deadline.

Evil began on CBS but its strong digital performance showed the network that it would be a solid performer on the Paramount+ streaming service. Since shifting over to that platform in its second season, the show has really thrived and it continues to be beloved by critics who can’t get enough of the various supernatural cases the trio of leads takes on in each episode. Nicole Clemens, the president, of Paramount+ Original Scripted Series, had this to say about the renewal:

Evil continues to expand its fanbase of both critics and viewers alike. Season three currently has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it is a consistent top-five most-watched original series and acquisition driver for the service. We couldn’t be more excited to be terrified by what Robert and Michelle create for season four with our outstanding cast bringing it to life.”

Evil follows a skeptical forensic psychologist (Katja Herbers) who allies herself with a Catholic seminarian (Mike Colter) and a technology contractor (Aasif Mandvi) to investigate purported supernatural incidents. The series also stars Kurt Fuller, Marti Matulis, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco, Dalya Knapp, Christine Lahti, Michael Emerson, Ashley Edner, and Andrea Martin.

Are YOU happy to see Evil return for season 4? Evil is now in its third season of a 10-episode order with episodes dropping weekly on Sundays.
