Epic Empire Pictures Blu-ray Collection boasts 18 classic flicks!

Empire Pictures was founded by producer/director Charles Band in 1983, and though Band left Empire in the early 1990s to form Full Moon, the flicks he produced during his Empire years are still legend. As a gift to fans for those films, Charles Band and Full Moon, along with Shout! Factory THE EMPIRE PICTURES BLU-RAY COLLECTION May 5th.

The massive limited edition collection will feature 18 flicks spread over 15 discs. All in a badass black collector's box tagged with a collage of all the classic flicks. Inside that box, along with the 15 Blu-ray discs, there will be a 24-page book from Band, Dave Jay, and Delirium editor Chris Alexander. 

Now, this set will run you $250 bucks, but there are only going to be 600 of these produced. And each set is going to be numbered and, get this, signed by Charles Band. Very, very cool. Also, this collection will not be sold in stores and can only be purchased at FullMoonDirect.com.  Some of the 600 units, however, will be available at conventions where the Full Moon crew appears throughout the US.
