Emily In Paris: Lily Collins Netflix series earns season two renewal

Lily Collins will still get to continue her Paris adventure! It has been announced that Netflix has renewed its romantic comedy series Emily In Paris for a second season.

Emily In Paris was inititially set up at Paramount Network but was moved to Netflix over the summer. The acquisition has proved fruitful for the streamer because when the show launched at the start of October, the series immediately moved into Netflix's Top 10 list according to Nielsen. The news of the second season was revealed in a meta/cute way that had the SAVIOR agency, the fictional company that Emily works for, sending out a formal letter that they wished to extend Emily's stay in Paris. The series, created by Sex and the City's Darren Star, follows Emily (Collins), an ambitious twentysomething marketing executive from Chicago, that unexpectedly lands her dream job in Paris when her company acquires a French luxury marketing company. She is tasked with revamping its social media strategy and her new life in Paris is filled with intoxicating adventures and surprising challenges as she juggles winning over her work colleagues, making friends & finding new romances. The series also stars Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, Bruno Gouery, Kate Walsh, William Abadie & Arnaud Viard.
