One of the big things that seem to have really taken off in the last few years is the "extreme haunt", which is basically a way of saying adult haunted houses.
I have yet to visit on of these extreme haunts, but if you're like me, we will be able to visit one soon from the comfort of our local multiplex as there is an Eli Roth-produced horror flick coming our way about just such a haunted attraction.
The movie is aptly named HAUNT and comes to us from writer-director team Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (see above), who are also are best known around these parts for helming NIGHTLIGHT.
Production on the film is set to kick off this fall so hopefully, we'll have more and more news on the potentially awesome movie coming your way throughout the rest of this year. Let's hope so.
Until then you can check out the official synopsis for the film below and then make sure to let us know what you think of HAUNT on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
HAUNT synopsis:
On Halloween, a group of friends encounter an “extreme” haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are real.
Again, HAUNT is written & directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods and produced by Eli Roth. And is set to begin filming this Fall!
