will be released in an Unrated Edition. I don’t know why we bother to see the film in theaters when it’s never what the Director wants you to see. You wait four months later and it’s on DVD. Yet we continue to buy them because, after all, Jennifer Connelly is hot. The film is set for a December 26th release and here is the early word on some of the extras…

Universal has released the Cover Art for both versions of George A. Romero’s Land of the Dead (Arrow’s review, just a click away). Of course the Unrated version looks so much better and kick-ass than the plain and dull R-Rated edition. Much like the comparison between Unrated and R-Rated films themselves. Boy, am I getting old! It seemed like just a couple years ago when this movie was the talk of the Underground horror scene.
