Before I bombarded with hate mail and death threats for including such a lame film into the column that shows up on the best horror site on the net. Please, let me speak my mind before it is blown off by someone’s rusty 12 guage. The film’s premise does center around the horror genre and hell Arrow reviewed the damn thing so that would make me believe it does have some sort of a purpose on this site. That aside let me get to the DVD which is being released unrated with a running time of 85 minutes. The release date is set for September 20th and will include the following extras to induce your money-spending ways…
Includes:
Even if the added footage doesn’t change the fact that this movie sucks major donkey crap, you still get the privilege to watch the two hottest stars in Hollywood….
Mondo Macabro passed the following details over to Fangoria in which I also relay to you. Mondo has announced the release of Living Doll the second film in the Dick Randall collection.
Peter Litten and George Dugdale’s movie is about a young man who brings the recently deceased body of his dream girl to “live” with him, only for the corpse to begin encouraging him to avenge her death. The film is a decent watch and the word is that it will be presented uncut and uncensored which is a plus! Check for it to hit DVD shelves on July 26th. It will be coming packed with these extras…

The film is set for an August 9th release in which millions of Americans can now trash their shitty bootlegs of J.R. Bookwalter’s zombie epic. The DVD is coming with these special features.

FRIGHT PACK DVD BOX SETS
Anchor Bay is releasing some more genre flicks bundled together. The first all-related sub genre is “The Devil Made Me Do It” Box Set in which all the films are related to the satanic world of horror. The titles that come with this set are:
Hell Night, Curse of the Demon, The AntiChrist, To The Devil A Daughter, The Church and Fear No Evil.
The second box set is Campy Classics which is pretty self explanatory but for our short-bus riding friends I would be pretty sure that it has to do with cheesy horror films. Those cheesy horror films are: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, Return of The Killer Tomatoes, Return to Horror High, Sleepaway Camp, Transylvania 6-5000 and Vamp.
An interesting group of horror films slung together, some duds, some studs. If your feeling a little satanic and demonic Pre-Order yourself a copy of The Devil Made Me Do It Box Set. If your more into some campy fun than pre-order Campy Classics.

Anchor Bay is also releasing another low-budget horror film entitled The Locals. The basis of the film goes something like this: Two young guys go on a road trip into darkest New Zealand, pick up a couple of girls and then find themselves in a small town where the residents are decidedly unfriendly. Been done before but hopefully it can live up to some of the prior classics to have done this same thing. The DVD will include the following…
