At the Cinema Wasteland convention, director Terry Lofton revealed that he indeed has made a deal with Synapse Films to release a special edition DVD of his 1985 film The Nail Gun Massacre. The only release of the film on DVD have been rather low-grade presentation. However, Lofton reassured us that the folks at Synapse are going to "put out an anamorphic widescreen high-definition transfer that looks unbelievable." Lofton also stated that they are planning on doing a commentary as well as some other extras that he wouldn’t spill the beans on. Lastly, he ended with a confirmation of a sequel in the works entitled The Nail Gun Massacre: The Texas Nail Gun Massacre, the film’s synopsis, is said to be about women going around "nailing" men. Well, I guess that’ll go in the porn collection. Ha ha!
The special edition is not available for pre-order yet but if you can not possibly wait any longer, than you can buy the Limited Edition version by Clicking here…Impatient bastard…
