The story found within Mary Shelley's novel has been mined time and time again with the characters of Victor Frankenstein, his creation, and Igor taking on new forms with each iteration. The latest adaptation switches things around somewhat, as VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN will be told from Igor's (Daniel Radcliffe) perspective and follow his growing friendship with a young medical student known as Victor Frankenstein (James McAvoy). Igor becomes an eyewitness to the emergence of how Frankenstein became the man who created the legend we know today.
A new clip from VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN has been released, check it out!
I'll admit that the trailers for VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN have me somewhat troubled as they brought back a few horrifying memories of I, FRANKENSTEIN, but with James McAvoy, Daniel Radcliffe, Jessica Brown Findlay, Mark Gatiss, Andrew Scott, and Charles Dance on-board, I'll keep my fingers crossed that the end result will at least be entertaining.
