Directors revealed for V/H/S Viral!

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Who didn’t see this coming? The third film in the popular V/H/S anthology franchise has just been announced and it will go under the name V/H/S VIRAL. The film gets its name VIRAL because the third installment will focuses on fame-obsessed teens who unwittingly become stars of the next internet sensation.

My favorite thing about this franchise is seeing some of horror's most talented directors come together to bring their sick and twisted vision to life in the form of a short segment. Some of them can be a whole hell of a lot of fun (SAFE HAVEN) so I can't wait to see what's in store this time around. V/H/S VIRAL will feature Todd Lincoln (THE APPARITION), Nacho Vigalondo (TIMECRIMES), Marcel Sarmiento (DEADGIRL), Gregg Bishop (THE OTHER SIDE), Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (RESOLUTION).

Marcel Sarmimento, TJ Cimfel, Dave White, Gregg Bishop, Nacho Vigalondo, Justin Benson, Aaron Moorehead and Lincoln wrote the screenplay. Emilia Zoryan, Justin Welborn and Emmy Argo are among the cast. Brad Miska and and Gary Binkow serve as producers.

Epic Pictures Group will commence sales in Cannes next month for the film. Keep an eye here for more as we get it!
