Deadpool’s Zazie Beetz in talks for Pale Blue Dot and Against All Enemies

We're going to be seeing much more of Zazie Beetz. After breaking out in FX's Atlanta, Beetz landed the role of Domino in the upcoming DEADPOOL 2 and is looking to keep her schedule packed the the brim.

THR reports that Beetz is currently in negotiations to join Natalie Portman (ANNIHILATION) and Jon Hamm (Mad Men) in PALE BLUE DOT, an astronaut drama from Noah Hawley (Fargo). The film will star Portman as a married astronaut who returns home to Earth after a mission and begins an affair with a fellow astronaut (Jon Hamm). However she soon heads into "a downward spiral as she loses her connection to her family — a condition that can afflict those who spend a long time in space — and when her lover begins another affair with an astronaut trainee, the bottom drops out." Should the deal go through, Zazie Beetz would play the trainee.

According to Variety, Beetz is also in talks to join Kristen Stewart in AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, a biopic of actress Jean Seberg. It's not known who Zazie Beetz would play in the film, but Anthony Mackie (AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR), Jack O'Connell (Godless), Margaret Qualley (The Leftovers), and Colm Meaney (Hell on Wheels) are also set to star. AGAINST ALL ENEMIES will center on "attempts by the FBI to discredit Seberg through its Cointelpro program in retaliation for her support of the Black Panther Party. Those efforts included creating a false story in 1970 that the child Seberg was carrying was not fathered by her husband, but by a member of the Black Panther Party." Benedict Andrews (UNA) will helm the film from a script by Joe Shrapnel & Anna Waterhouse (RACE).

DEADPOOL 2 will hit theaters on May 18, 2018.
