It was just the other day that we let you guys know DEAD SNOW director Tommy Wirkola was working on a TV series based on his horror-comedy flick HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS.
Today we have news on the current state of DEAD SNOW 3 as Wirkola sat down with EW and dropped info on – not only the third film – but his intent to include a Zombie-Hitler on this next go-around.
Tommy Wirkola on DEAD SNOW 3:
Just so you know, if you’re a fan of the Dead Snows, we’re hoping to make a third one in a few years. We’ve got to finish the trilogy, so I’m very excited about that. We’ve got to finish what we started, all of us! We have some ideas. I think it’s natural to maybe put some of the story in South America, where a lot of the Nazis fled, of course. We’ve got to top what we’ve done before, we have to bring back Hitler as well. Zombie-Hitler. That just feels natural.
Adding Zombie-Hitler to DEAD SNOW 3 seems like a pretty straightforward idea to say the least, but what do you think? Let us know in the new comments section below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
DEAD SNOW (original) synopsis:
A party of eight Norwegian medical students travel to a remote Arctic mountain for an Easter weekend filled with skiing and relaxation. After one of their group disappears while on a solo cross-country hike, a mysterious local resident (Bjørn Sundquist) tells the remaining visitors that, in the waning days of World War II, a battalion of Nazi soldiers disappeared into the nearby woods after the residents turned on them, and that their zombified corpses remain on the prowl in the area.
