A couple of Marvel heroes will be trading in their capes to investigate the supernatural. Netflix have announced that they've tapped Christopher Landon (Freaky) with writing and directing We Have a Ghost, a family adventure based on Geoff Manaugh's short story Ernest.
We Have a Ghost is slated to star David Harbour (Black Widow) and Tig Notaro (Army of the Dead), with Anthony Mackie (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie), Jahi Di'Allo Winston (Charm City Kings), Erica Ash (Survivor’s Remorse), Isabella Russo (School of Rock the Musical), Niles Fitch (This Is Us), Faith Ford (Hope & Faith) and Steve Coulter (Shotgun Wedding) also starring. According to Netflix, We Have a Ghost follows "Kevin and his family, who find a ghost named Ernest haunting their new home and get turned into overnight social media sensations. But when Kevin and Ernest go rogue to investigate the mystery of Ernest’s past, they become a target of the CIA." Sounds like some wholesome supernatural fun.
Anthony Mackie was recently seen starring in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney+ alongside Sebastian Stan, and David Harbour can currently be seen starring alongside Scarlett Johansson in Black Widow, which is now playing in theaters and streaming on Disney+ Premier Access.
