Director Michael Goi's haunted boat movie MARY has been given a theatrical, VOD, and streaming release today, October 11th, and not only do we have a review of the film for you to check out HERE, we've also gotten our hands on an EXCLUSIVE clip that offers a preview of the sort of creepy stuff star Gary Oldman has to deal with in this movie.
Scripted by THE SHALLOWS writer Anthony Jaswinski, MARY puts Oldman in the role of
David, a struggling blue-collar captain looking to make a better life for his family. Strangely drawn to an abandoned ship that is up for auction, David impulsively buys the boat, believing it will be his family’s ticket to happiness and prosperity. But soon after they embark on their maiden journey, strange and frightening events begin to terrorize David and his family, causing them to turn on one another and doubt their own sanity. With tensions high, the ship drifts off course, and it becomes horrifyingly clear that they are being lured to an even greater evil out at sea.
Emily Mortimer, Jennifer Esposito, Stefanie Scott, Owen Teague, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and Chloe Perrin co-star.
The trailer for MARY can be seen above, and our exclusive clip is embedded below. Give them a look, and if you like what you see to movie shouldn't be too hard to find. It's available for viewing right now!
