I hate to say this kind of thing, but whatever, we're all friends here so I'm going to come right out and say it. I don't watch Netflix anymore. Sure I watched MINDHUNTER and GERALD'S GAME. Of course, I did.
But before that, who knows?
I don't mean to be negative here, but Netflix just isn't the kind of place for horror lovers, like myself. Why bother when we have places like Shudder and Screambox now? Exactly. This isn't an ad, I promise.
Anyhow, oh, wait, here's a good reason to stick with Netflix. Mark Duplass and director Patrick Brice's phenomenal follow up to their original found footage flick CREEP is heading there on December 23rd.
Just in time for Christmas.
If you missed it you can check out our glowing (spoiler-free) review of CREEP 2 right HERE. But to sum up, the sequel was as good as – if not better than the original. And creepier too. Much creepier. Brr…
After checking out the review and the film's trailer below, make sure to hit us up and let us know what you thought of the original CREEP in the new comments section below or on social media.
CREEP 2 synopsis:
Desiree Akhavan (“Girls”, APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR) stars as Sara, a video artist whose primary focus is creating intimacy with lonely men. After finding an ad online for "video work," she thinks she may have found the subject of her dreams. She drives to a remote house in the forest and meets a man claiming to be a serial killer (Mark Duplass, reprising his role from the previous film). Unable to resist the chance to create a truly shocking piece of art, she agrees to spend the day with him. However, as the day goes on she discovers she may have dug herself into a hole she can't escape.
