Could the fourth season of American Horror Story be a period piece?

There has been a lot of speculation as to what the fourth season of FX's hit series "American Horror Story" will center around and while there is nothing set in stone just yet, FX network president John Landgraf recently shared with TV Guide a little tidbit of information that, while not revealing much, is pretty intriguing.

TV Guide took to Twitter to share what what Landgraf had to say about the potential setting of the next season of "American Horror Story", giving us the following tease:

It's not much to go on, but let the speculation begin.
