For those of you who went and saw WRECK-IT RALPH in theaters, you were treated to the best animated film (short or otherwise) in recent years. I'm, of course, talking about PAPERMAN. Chronicling a day in the life of an accountant in 1940s New York, George meets a woman who'll forever change his life and he concocts a plan involving paper airplanes to seek her out. For those unaware, it's an absolutely charming film and a sleek combination of 2D and 3D computer animation. Disney has just uploaded a short video that gives you an idea of some of the technology utilized to bring the story to fruition. There's no sound, so feel free to throw on your favorite Mastodon track and enjoy!
