Michael Biehn will soon be returning to the realm of badassery with a starring role in TREACHERY. The indie thriller reunites Biehn with collaborators Travis Romero and Jennifer Blanc Biehn and is garnering a lot of buzz on the heels of the trio’s previous effort, THE VICTIM. The group shot the film in Los Angeles last summer and have been gracious enough to give us a glimpse into the film’s treacherous production (heh) via a blooper reel.
TREACHERY, which co-stars Sarah Butler, Chris Meyer and Matthew Ziff, is written and directed by Romero. Check out the gag footage, along with a synopsis, below.
The film captures the controversy between Henry and his estranged son, Nathan. Reunited at a friend’s small wedding party in a remote cabin, Henry and Nathan have their usual awkward interactions. Nathan, accompanied by his girlfriend Cecilia, seeks his father’s approval. Cecilia’s presence only adds to Henry’s discomfort, forcing him to want to leave, but a storm hits, trapping them in the cabin and headed for the worst along with the rest of the group. None of them really realize what is truly in store.
