Earlier this week we brought you the poster for SyFy's upcoming SHARKTOPUS VS. PTERACUDA along with the news that late night talk show host Conan O'Brien would be making a cameo in the Roger Corman-produced sequel to 2010's SHARKTOPUS. Last night film legend Roger Corman was on "Conan" to promote the sequel, and it was fitting that Conan’s first acting cameo would be unveiled on his show before the film's premiere on Syfy on August 2. As expected, O'Brien brings his wonderfully goofy sense of humor to his cameo, playing an exaggerated version of himself who gets a quick comeuppance from the titular SHARKTOPUS in hilarious fashion. I couldn't stop laughing at how silly this scene is, but it's done its job: now I can't wait to check out SHARKTOPUS VS. PTERACUDA when it hits SyFy next month.
Anyone up for a game of volleyball?
