For those who somehow don't know, the plot of THE LOST BOYS goes a little something like this:

Teenage brothers Michael (Jason Patric) and Sam (Corey Haim) move with their mother (Dianne Wiest) to a small town in northern California. While the younger Sam meets a pair of kindred spirits in geeky comic-book nerds Edward (Corey Feldman) and Alan (Jamison Newlander), the angst-ridden Michael soon falls for Star (Jami Gertz) — who turns out to be in thrall to David (Kiefer Sutherland), leader of a local gang of vampires. Sam and his new friends must save Michael and Star from the undead.

FUN FACT: Cappello was offered the two-hour acting gig in THE LOST BOYS by Schumacher after missing out on a part in BEVERLY HILLS COP II.

THE LOST BOYS was directed by Joel Schumacher (BATMAN FOREVER) from a screenplay written by Janice Fischer, James Jeremias, and Jeffrey Boam (THE DEAD ZONE). Harvey Bernhard produced and the movie starred Jason Patric, Kiefer Sutherland, Corey Feldman, Jami Gertz, Corey Haim, Edward Herrmann, Barnard Hughes, Alex Winter, Dianne Wiest, and Brooke McCarter as Paul (RIP). Buy it for someone you love HERE.
