THE ENDLESS, the latest film from RESOLUTION / SPRING directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, just had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this past weekend, and word of mouth coming out of the screenings so far has been very positive.
Those of us who can't make it to Tribeca aren't able to watch the movie just yet, but we haven't been completely left out in the cold – a brief clip from the film has arrived online and can be viewed below. I have no idea what's going on in the clip, but it sets up an intriguing mystery and features something terrifying lurking in a lake.
Starring Benson and Moorhead, THE ENDLESS tells the story of
two brothers who return to the cult they fled from years ago to discover that the group's beliefs may be more sane than they once thought.
Co-stars include Tate Ellington, Callie Hernandez, Lew Temple, James Jordan, Kira Powell, Emily Montague, Peter Cilella, Vinny Curran, and Shane Brady.
THE ENDLESS will be screening a couple more times at Tribeca before the festival ends. Judging by the reaction to the film there, it shouldn't be too long before we're hearing distribution details.
