During Universal's panel of CinemaCon 2018, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, James McAvoy, Sarah Paulson and M. Night Shyamalan took the stage to speak about GLASS, the upcoming sequel to both UNBREAKABLE (2000) and SPLIT (2016). As their talk began, Shyamalan addressed the crowd to inform them that "Glass is the first truly grounded comic book movie." To which Jackson then joked, "And it’s about time I got the title role in my own mothafuckin’ movie." I would imagine that this got a big laugh from the crowd.
As the presentation continued, our own Paul Shirey was in attendance, and had the following to say about the upcoming film's new trailer:
Just saw trailer for #Glass and it looks so good. The premise is having Dunn, Glass, and The Beast all locked up together in an asylum and being treated as people that are convinced they’re superheroes. #CinemaCon

The trailer is full of great bits and meaty dialogue. Glass asking to meet The Beast, Dunn fighting criminals (and later THE BEAST) and so much more. So excited! #CinemaCon
