Chris Hemsworth is the proud father of three kids and he's currently very thankful he has three of them because he may have lovingly fallen out of favor with his 7-year-old son. Hemsworth asked the young lad who he wanted to be when he grew up and, as it turns out, all his love went to Superman and not to Hemsworth's almighty Thor.
Hemsworth shared a pic of himself and his son on his Instagram page which features the actor in full workout mode as he's filming Thor: Love and Thunder and his son wearing what looks familiar to the famous Superman cape. Hemsworth wrote in the caption, "Holding my little man's hand and asking the age old question. "What do you want to be when you grow up" "Dad I wanna be Superman" Lucky I have two other kids." The caption is clearly all in good fun but it shows that Hemsworth has a great sense of humor about the situation. However, the caption, along with the look on Hemsworth's face is pretty priceless. Hemsworth is clearly happy that his son has any superhero aspirations. In another post from a few weeks ago, the actor shared a video with his soon in the same costume and captioned it as, "Introducing the next heavy weight champion of the universe." As you can see from the front of his son's costume, it's not really the popular Superman attire but, when photographed from the back, Hemsworth could have a little fun with his recent post about his son wanting to be the Man of Steel instead of the Norse God of Thunder. Chris Hemsworth has played Thor across eight MCU films, including three standalone movies. He'll be seen next as the character in Thor: Love and Thunder, which sees his lady love Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) also taking up the mantle of the Mighty Thor. The film is currently still shooting and also stars Tessa Thompson, Christian Bale, Jaimie Alexander, Karen Gillan, and Chris Pratt. Taika Waititi, who directed the previous entry Thor: Ragnarok, is back at the helm.
