Are you a fan of Chris Carter's THE X-FILES? How about genre-legends Lance Henriksen and Terry O'Quinn? Well, then your favorite TV show ever is the short-lived FOX series MILLENNIUM.
If you're unfamiliar with the series, however, MILLENNIUM was on Fox for three seasons running from 1996-1999. While the show had more than its fair share of hardcore fans, after the third season Fox put the show out to pasture.
But that hasn't stopped rumors of a possible TV revival and/movie from kicking around since the show left the air. And it seems by today's news, creator Chris Carter would like to see it return as well.
Chris Carter on revisiting MILLENNIUM:
I think Millennium would be a show that would have more life in it but no one’s ever spoken seriously to me about that.
Carter continues:
I always feel that there are more of those stories to tell as well. After three seasons, we pulled the plug on that show but the ratings were still very good so I think that there is a new approach to that show building on the solid foundation that was already there.
