Legendary Pictures has been pretty mum on all things WARCRAFT as far as Duncan Jones' film is concerned. That's probably for the best given that another high-profile fantasy flick will close out its trilogy soon. In any event, this weekend marks BlizzCon and for those of you not in the know, that means all things Blizzard-related is going down this weekend (which is mainly World of Warcraft). Aside from announcing the new team-based multiplayer shooter Overwatch (their first new franchise in 17 years), Blizzard also released a pair of posters for the WARCRAFT film.
Choose, if you must:
While the panel for the film has yet to happen, one wonders if they'll release a trailer now or wait for Peter Jackson's films to die down first. We're still more than a year away from its release, but given the man behind the camera (who directed MOON and SOURCE CODE), this could be a franchise worth looking into. At the very least, it has to be more entertaining than watching folks playing World of Warcraft, right?
WARCRAFT aims to hit theaters on March 11. 2016.
