Outcast, the new show from Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, will hit Fox on June 3rd. There's still a ways to go before your summer of fright begins, but here's something you can hold onto. A new teaser has been released, and while it reveals next to nothing about the actual plot, it certainly looks like a humdinger of a show, throwing a couple dozen different horrific scenarios into a blender and pouring it straight into your eye sockets. Outcast, which has already been renewed for a second season:

tells the story of Kyle Barnes, who has been plagued by possession since he was a child. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson, a preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost. But what Kyle discovers could change his fate — and the fate of the world — forever.

The ten episode first season stars Patrick Fugit, Philip Glenister, Kip Pardue, Reg E. Cathey, Julia Crockett, Allison Barnes, David Denman, Melinda McGraw, Grace Zabriskie, Catherine Dent, Brent Spiner, Lee Tergesen, and Wrenn Schmidt. The pilot episode was directed by Adam Wingard.
