The Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy is one of the coolest trilogies ever made and today it celebrates its ten-year anniversary. SHAUN OF THE DEAD, the first entry in the trilogy, debuted on April 9, 2004, and to mark the occasion, director Edgar Wright has made available interactive versions of the screenplays for the entire trilogy, which includes SHAUN OF THE DEAD, HOT FUZZ, and THE WORLD'S END. Each screenplay has a ton of cool shit throughout, including storyboards, concept drawings, sketches, videos, photos, and of course, the written pages (you can also download the .pdf). If you're a fan of the trilogy then this is a great place to get lost for a little while.

Wright is busy with pre-production on his next film, a small indie called ANT-MAN, starring Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, and Patrick Wilson for this up-and-coming studio called Marvel. In all seriousness, I couldn't be more excited to have Wright jumping into something like ANT-MAN. He's more than earned the opportunity with The Cornetto Trilogy alone and it will be great to have his talents reach an even broader audience. But, when he's done being a superstar, I don't think I'm alone in hoping that he gathers up his mates Simon Pegg and Nick Frost to have another go, potentially for a new trilogy.
Wright's ANT-MAN is set for release on July 17, 2015, Simon Pegg will next be seen in KILL ME THREE TIMES, out sometime in 2014, and Nick Frost cuts it up in theaters this week with CUBAN FURY (our review here).
