Another in a series of production videos for SKYFALL is now online, this time focusing on the costumes from the upcoming film. We are all quite familiar with Bond’s black tux and bow tie look, so it should come as no surprise that he’ll be sporting it once again in SKYFALL. Costume designer Jany Temime talks about her love of Bond and working with fashion designer Tom Ford.
Suit up:
While interesting little videoblogs, I’m itching to see more of the action and stunt work for the film. Certainly all of the details shown thus far are essential components of a 007 productions, from sets to costumes, to weapons training, but it would be nice to see some orange fireballs and some high-wire stunt work. I’m sure that’s on the way and they’re trying not to spoil everything, which is perfectly respectable.
Here’s the synopsis:
Daniel Craig is back as James Bond 007 in Skyfall, the 23rd adventure in the longest-running film franchise of all time. In Skyfall, Bond’s loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.
SKYFALL shows up in style on November 9, 2012.
