So much is still left to know about THE LAST JEDI, despite a bunch of goodies and a terrific teaser coming out of STAR WARS Celebration a couple weeks ago. One more stone has been turned over today, though, as we know have a better look at the costumes Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Kylo (Adam Driver) will be donning this time around. That FORCE AWAKENS style is soooo 2015.
The images come from an ad for the new game STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT 2, which pre-ordering at Game Stop gets you two costumes for the characters taken straight from THE LAST JEDI. Though not like looking at a detailed picture of the actual movie, there’s still enough to gander at.

Like I said, not much, but in terms of how closely guarded all STAR WARS details are it might as well be the Ark of the Covenant. Rey looks the most transformed with some leather-ish additions to her AWAKENS duds and an overall sleeker look, most likely because Jedi training really works up a sweat. As for Ren not too much is different, but he is sporting a pretty epic-looking cape, much more in-line with the one his grandfather, Darth Vader, sported in his prime. Not a bad look, and now we have a better understanding as to how these characters have evolved since the last film, at least in terms of their fashion sense. We'll make runway models out of them yet!
STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI arrives December 15.
