Channel Zero: Candle Cove premiere included in SyFy’s 31 Days of Halloween

You'd better hope your schedule is clear in October, because SyFy's 31 Days of Halloween spookathon is almost here again. Throughout the month, they will be airing the SyFy premieres of fright flicks like THE TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE, THE CABIN IN THE WOODS, SWEENEY TODD, ZOMBIELAND, THE STRANGERS, WRONG TURN, I, FRANKENSTEIN, and DRAG ME TO HELL.

Also in this package are the SyFy original films that will strike on Saturday nights, including THE CROOKED MAN, STAKE LAND 2, and THE NIGHT BEFORE HALLOWEEN.

They'll also be premiering new episodes of original horror shows like Van Helsing, Aftermath, and Z Nation. But the most anticipated part of that lineup is the premiere of the six-episode creepypasta miniseries Channel Zero: Candle Cove. The premiere episode will haunt TV screens on Tuesday, October 11 at 9/8C.

Channel Zero: Candle Cove, revolves around the story of:

A man's obsessive recollections of a mysteries children's television show from the 1980s – and the show's suspected role in a series of murders and deadly events from his childhood.

That man is Paul Schneider (Parks and Recreation), who is joined in the cast by Fiona Shaw (HARRY POTTER), Shaun Benson (General Hospital), Natalie Brown (HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN 10 DAYS), and Luisa D’Oliveira (50/50).

The show is produced by Max Landis (AMERICAN ULTRA) and was written by Nick Antosca (Hannibal, FRIDAY THE 13TH 2016).
