Are you stoked for STOKER? We sure as hell are. Chan-Wook Park’s first English-language feature looks like a sexy, dirty, flat-out naughty good time (check out the trailer HERE). Today we’re providing you with a couple more reasons to get excited for the OLDBOY director’s latest.
First is a cool promo video, featuring Emily Wells’ “Becomes The Color,” an original song penned for the film. Watch it here:
In addition, there’s a new official poster for the flick, seen below. It’s quite unusual, but we wouldn’t expect anything less from this production. It’s probably worth zooming in on some of the details if possible; click on it to get a bigger version. (Unfortunately it’s not HQ.)
Starring Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, and Mia Wasikowska, STOKER opens MARCH 1st and goes like this: After India’s (Wasikowska’s) father dies in an auto accident, and her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother Evelyn (Kidman). Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him.
