This weekend our friends over at Arrow in the Head premiered the one sheet for the long-delayed Renee Zellweger horror film CASE 39. In it, Zellweger plays a social worker who takes interest in a young girl with hellish foster parents. As the case progresses and general creepiness ensues, we learn that the girl may not be as innocent as she seems. The film was shot in Vancouver in 2006 and for some reason we’re only now seeing promotional material. That, um, can’t be good. Check out the exclusive one sheet and trailer below.
