Bruce Campbell recommends binging Ash vs Evil Dead on Netflix

We just brought you word that Stephen King recommends you check out Netflix's THE STRANGER while stuck inside for the foreseeable future. And now good old Bruce Campbell recommends you give Starz's horror-comedy ASH VS EVIL DEAD a binge-watch during this uncertain time as well.

He tweets:

Will you be (re)binging ASH VS EVIL DEAD ASAP? Let us know below!

Season 3 co-starred Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo, and newcomer Arielle Carver-O’Neill as Ash long-lost daughter Brandy. And, of course, Bruce Campbell (THE EVIL DEAD, EVIL DEAD II, ARMY OF DARKNESS) as Ash, who – having gone from urban legend to hometown hero –discovers that he has a daughter. And, when Kelly witnesses a massacre with Ruby’s fingerprints all over it, she returns to warn Ash and Pablo.

The series synopsis, in the meantime, goes a little something like this:

Ash is baaaack! Bruce Campbell reprises his "Evil Dead" film role as heroic, chainsaw-handed monster fighter Ash Williams, now an aging lothario who has successfully avoided responsibility, maturity and heinous villains for the past 30 years. Constantly peering over his shoulder, Ash somehow knew that the Evil Dead would return for him. That day arrives when Ash commits an act of carelessness, unleashing a Deadite plague that threatens to destroy mankind. Co-starring in the half-hour series are Lucy Lawless as mysterious Ruby; Ray Santiago as Ash's loyal sidekick, Pablo Simon Bolivar; and Dana DeLorenzo as moody wild child Kelly Maxwell.

Campbell executive produces the series with Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert, Ivan Raimi, and Rick Jacobson. Season 3 had new showrunners: Mark Verheiden and producer Moira Grant. Ash vs Evil Dead: The Final Season now streaming on Netflix. Give it a binge and let us know what you think!
